WELCOME TO SUNDRE NUTRITION FOR LEARNING
ABOUT US
Sundre & District Nutrition for Learning Society goes into River Valley School and Sundre High School and provides a healthy snack and milk to over 600 elementary students and breakfast to over 350 High School students. This free snack and breakfast program addresses the nutritional needs of children, gives them a head start in their learning, encourages social interaction and offers service to the community.

To promote a healthy lifestyle to all in our community by providing: healthy food choices nutritional education an opportunity where positive interaction between youth, parents and community can occur.

To provide children with the fundamental nutritional building blocks which will sustain their quality of life now and in the future.
GOALS
Increase nutritional education program awareness in our community.
Maintain and Increase our Snack/Breakfast Days in the program.
Explore Nutritional alternatives to compliment our program.
Improve ongoing evaluations and regular reporting of program goals and outcomes.
Enhance volunteerism and grow our volunteer network.
Increase and enhance communication and publicity within our community.
Secure adequate funding to sustain our program.
