ABOUT US

Sundre & District Nutrition for Learning Society is a registered non-profit organization with a vital mission: to support the educational journey of our community's young minds by nourishing them both physically and academically. Through our dedicated efforts, we serve over 600 elementary students with wholesome snacks and milk, while ensuring that more than 350 high school students begin their day with a nourishing breakfast.

Our commitment is rooted in recognizing the significant link between proper nutrition and a student's ability to learn effectively. With 1/3 of students facing inadequate nutrition or food insecurities, we stand as a pillar of support, addressing this pressing concern. Every child deserves an equal opportunity to succeed, which is why our program is designed to be fully inclusive, fostering an environment where students can flourish physically, socially, and academically.

Our free snack and breakfast program not only caters to the nutritional needs of children but also acts as a catalyst for early learning, social interaction, and community engagement. At Sundre Nutrition for Learning, we believe that by fueling students, we are empowering the future
