Eating oats for breakfast is a perfect way for students to gain the strength and energy they need to carry them through their morning classes. Oats are great on their own, as warm bowl of steaming oatmeal or added to recipes for extra nutrition. Oats are high in fiber, protein, and rich in minerals and antioxidants.
